Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

*We do use multiple different product processors and distributors. Products ordered may not ship together.

Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Due to COVID-19 or Coronavirus, shipping times may differ. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times are on average about 5 days but, can be up to 20 days due to the unique nature of the products that we offer.  All products are printed upon order or printed on demand and, can sometimes take several days to produce before even being shipped. Due to COVID-19 or Coronavirus shipping times may change. In total processing and shipping times can be at minimum one (1) week. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Sun and Stern is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Also, please email us about a possible return. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
