All returns must be postmarked within seven (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The item and return form, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Domestic Shipping Policy
*We do use multiple different product processors and distributors. Products ordered may not ship together.
Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Due to COVID-19 or Coronavirus, shipping times may differ. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times are on average about 5 days. Due to COVID-19 or Coronavirus shipping times may change. In total processing and shipping times can be at minimum one (1) week.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Sun and Stern is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Also, please email us about a possible return. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
